At Core Align, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function properly, please contact Core Align within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging, when applicable
• A short video showing the issue, when necessary

After reviewing your request, Core Align may provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product, wrong variant, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

Returns for Change of Mind

Returns for change-of-mind reasons may be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

Return Authorization

Please do not send a product back before contacting Core Align.

If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Non-Returnable Situations

A refund or replacement may not be available when:

• The product was damaged through misuse or improper handling.
• The product was modified or altered.
• The customer ordered the wrong product or variant.
• The shipping address provided was incorrect.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, Core Align will process the applicable refund to the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
